Intravenous vitamin therapy and wellness injections carry potential risks, like any medical procedure. These may include bruising, infection, allergic reactions, or other complications. Consulting your doctor before treatment is recommended.

Service termination

Hydra Bliss IV reserves the right to refuse or end treatment at any time if we believe it is in the patient's best interest.

Any abusive or violent behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of the appointment. You will be charged the full service fee, and you will be asked to leave the premises

Payments, refunds & cancellations

Our policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In the event that notice is not provided, a cancellation fee may be charged or deposit payment may be forfeited.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Please note that once treatments are administered, they are non-refundable.

Treatment packs purchased in advance are also non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseeable medical circumstances where medical evidence will need to be provided to process a full refund.
