Chloe holds multiple graduate diplomas and a master's degree.
During her nursing profession, Chloe saw a substantial disparity in Australia's healthcare system; an emphasis on the treatment of diseases rather than their prevention. A significant number of people lack accessible and tailored solutions to enhance their overall well-being. Chloe founded Hydra Bliss IV in response to the recognition of this unfulfilled requirement.
