Risk acknowledgement

Intravenous vitamin therapy and wellness injections carry potential risks, as with any medical procedure. These may include bruising, infection, allergic reactions, or other complications. Consulting your doctor before commencing treatment is recommended.

Service termination

Hydra Bliss IV reserves the right to refuse or end treatment at any time if we believe it is in the patient's best interest.

Any abusive or violent behaviour towards our staff will result in the immediate termination of the appointment. The full service fee will be charged and the individual will be asked to leave the premises.

Payment, refunds & cancellations

Our policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In the event that notice is not provided, a cancellation fee may be charged or deposit payment may be forfeited.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Please note that once treatments are administered, they are non-refundable.

Treatment packs purchased in advance are also non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseeable medical circumstances where medical evidence will be required to process a full refund.
